Development: LeReve Tower, Eko Atlantic - Lagos

LeReve Tower is a new residential development on the Eko Atlantic which will include fourty 700sqm luxury apartments with a host of sustainable and dynamic technology features.

 

Eko Pearl Towers, another residential project on the Eko Atlantic, with 5 towers ranging from 18-25 floors has been very successful. The first tower currently under construction is already sold out and sales have begun on the second. However, sizes of the apartments and penthouses in the Pearl Towers  range from 144sqm to 248sqm, much smaller than what the LeReve Tower is expected to offer.

 

As the first phase of the $6bn land reclamation project moves closer to completion, development activity should begin to take off. The construction of the Afren Tower in the Marina district is also moving along swiftly as they have already reached the 14th floor.
