Jabi Lake Mall is a 25,000sqm retail development in the Jabi/Utako region of Abuja. Construction has been ongoing since 2014 and completion is slated for year end 2015.
Similar to other real estate developments they have been involved with, Actis intends to transform the offering of modern retail in Abuja by delivering Nigeria’s largest mall in a strategic and emerging location. The Palms Lekki and Ikeja City Mall sit at the center of Lagos’ modern retail landscape, and both had Actis as initial investors.
This double level mall will feature contemporary architecture, waterfront restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets and international fashion brands. The boardwalk outside also promises exceptional views of the Jabi Lake.
As stated by the official website, secured tenants include Game and Shoprite.
Jabi Lake Mall is the first part of a vibrant new 35 hectare mixed-use development within Jabi, in a bid to make the region become Abuja’s number one destination to live, work, shop and be entertained.
