Iconic Tower – 15-storey tower which will serve as the commercial hub comprising offices, a convention centre, movie theatre, shops, restaurants, short stay inn, and a helipad.

City Block Towers – Sixteen 12-storey Towers with 80 units. Each with 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. These towers are spread out in groups of 2.

All the detached houses and terraces were completed in H1 2015 and the first Point Block Tower, pictured above is set for delivery in Q1 2016. Most of the ongoing construction is focused on the completion of this Tower as construction on the others including the Iconic Tower have slowed down or halted altogether.
